Meet the Therapist

Hi there! I’m Nicole Micucci, LCSW. Being a therapist isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling. From a young age, I saw the world through a sensitive and deeply empathic lens. After experiencing my own loss and trauma, I often felt misunderstood and alone. But in my own healing, I discovered something powerful—a passion for supporting others in a way I once needed myself. Nothing fulfills me more than helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered in their own healing journey.

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth and intuitive. I believe life is meant to be experienced, explored, and embraced—messy moments and all. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, or personal growth, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, creating a safe, supportive space where all parts of you are welcome. Just like I’ve done in my own journey, I want you to feel rooted in the wisdom you’ve gained—because you are so much more than your struggles.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing works to reprocess limiting belief systems, addressing trauma at the core and reducing overall intensity of the emotions and sensations. We then work to install an adaptive belief, moving forward with a more positive perspective.

ART

Accelerated Resolution Therapy provides a rapid approach to healing. With a more structured approach, ART works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. Traumatic scenes can be resolved within one session.
